The Bazz Houston Company, CA has recently completed a major modernization of its Tooling, Prototype & Short Run capabilities.

• The Tool Room is equipped with brand new state of the art EDM machines and CAD software, surface grinders and Mills.
• This equipment allows Bazz Houston to produces standardized tooling to customer specification within 3 – 5 weeks. Our standardized tooling definitely improves our lead times and enables us to give better service to our customers.
• This turn around time may even be reduced further under certain circumstances.
• Engineering support together with our fully integrated tooling department also facilitates Transfer Tooling. Depending on age and usage our expert tooling engineers will make your tooling relocation seamless.

Bazz Houston also has a full staff of Tooling Designers specializing in:

• Progressive dies
• Fourslide dies
• Compound dies
• Single dies

We can also offer help from original concept through prototype to finished production taking into account "Design for Process Capability" which help to ensure a quality product at the best possible price. At this stage we can look at the feasibility of a wide range of materials such as exotic and common metals including:
