environment. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's
degree or equivalent job experience comprising of 5+ years
with quality systems such as ISO 9001:2000 and/or TS16949.
Responsibilities shall include the overall management and
supervision of all day-to-day quality department activities,
develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection,
testing and evaluation, create quality control plans, APQP
problem solving and prevention techniques, develop and implement
sampling procedures, design and create forms and instructions
for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability
data, perform PPAP studies and quality system audits using
FMEA problem solving techniques, compile and write training
materials and conduct training sessions on quality control
activities, actively participate in new product introductions
and MRB meetings, direct and/or train workers engaged in
measuring and testing products, etc.

Machine Set-Up Trainee. The ideal candidate for this position
must be mechanically inclined and familiar with gears and
cams, torque settings, mechanical alignments, good hand-eye
coordination, operation of hand tools such as torque wrenches,
assembly and disassembly of machined parts preferably tools
and dies, shop math, excellent machine safety record, craftsmanship

Regional
Sales Manager
Bazz-Houston has an immediate opening for an
energetic, self-motivated Regional Sales Manager. Our product
lines range from Irrigation, automotive, computers, and
hardware, to recreational and telecommunications. You will
report directly to the President /CEO, and will call on
past, current, and prospective customers to determine their
potential needs for our products. You will explain their
use and advantages to the customer; demonstrate new services,
and explain their cost effectiveness. You will also work
closely with the Engineering Department to develop cost
effective estimates and ensure timely delivery of quotations.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience
and a Mechanical Engineering background. Proficiency required
in problem solving, customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
Ability to maximize profitability and customer base using
technological and sales background in precision metal stampings,

in metal forming tooling preferably in a fast paced job
